Move Out Policy

A thirty-day written notice to vacate is required. THE WRITTEN NOTICE IS REQUIRED EVEN IF YOU INTEND TO VACATE AT THE END OF THE LEASE. This notice should include a definite move-out date, as well as ONE forwarding address from all parties named on the Lease Agreement. A 30 Day Notice to Vacate form is available in your Online Tenant Portal.

Tenants are required to follow the current Ridgeline Real Estate Lease Addendum Procedures/Policy for early termination of lease. Please submit a request to vacate notice on your Online Tenant Portal.
