Pet Policy

1. Additional deposit and monthly pet fee apply for properties that allow pets. (Inquire with Ridgeline Real Estate for costs)
2. 50lbs or less 
3. At least 1 year old
4. Current vaccine records
5. No aggressive breeds 
   

Some properties may allow for more than 1 pet (additional deposit and monthly fees will apply). A pet agreement must be signed prior to a pet(s) being approved to be on the property. Additional deposit must be paid in full prior to pet(s) being approved on the property. 

Current tenants leasing requesting to add a pet with Ridgeline Real Estate must have pet approved by management, a pet agreement signed, and deposit paid prior to obtaining a new pet to their property.
